Welcome to Cabins On Strawberry Hill resort. Our scenic resort is on the edge of the village of Strawberry, AZ. We offer 14 relaxing, private 1 and 2 bedroom cabins. On the back patio you will find a picnic table and charcoal barbecue grill. During the winter you can enjoy our snow covered white mountains. There are plenty of activities like hiking, swimming, fishing, quading, horseback riding, hunting, exploring, and beautiful scenery for photography. We have an incredible variety of birds for viewing here at the resort. There are beautiful hummingbirds from early May through late September. Often in winter, you can see a variety of migratory birds such as eagles, hawks, ducks, and more.

Cabins On Strawberry Hill Ammenities
Living rooms provide a queen sofa-sleeper, freestanding wood-stove fireplace with Pine mountain logs (duraflames) included., VCR and cable TV.
The kitchenettes have a 4-burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, pots/pans and utensils for cooking simple meals. Our kitchenettes do not have a regular convection oven, however, a 22 quart electric roaster oven is available upon request.
The bedroom has a queen bed with a Serta "5-Star" or "Luxury Suite" mattress. Off of the bedroom is a full bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower.
Cabins On Strawberry Hill Activities
On site, waiting for you is our children’s playground which includes 2 swing-sets, a slide, and a playhouse. There is basketball, volleyball, badminton, ping-pong, 2 tetherball sets, and horseshoes for guests to enjoy. In addition, there is a campfire pit, and several relaxing hammocks in the trees. Available at our office are about 30 games, 30 puzzles, hundreds of magazines, and over 250 VHS movies for your use/reading at no charge. Because we border the National forest, you can bike, hike or ride your horse directly off of our property for hundreds of miles.
Offsite:Swim or fish in the East Verde River or Fossil Creek’s numerous fishing and swimming holes. We are about 40 minutes to an hour from Mormon Lake (usually a dry meadow), Lake Mary, Blue Ridge Reservoir and other wilderness lakes. Play in snow here (6,100 feet elevation) or above us on the Rim (7.3 miles @ 7,800 feet at the famous Cinch Hook Snow Park operated on weekends by the Coconino National Forest Service). You can bring your own horses or you can rent one from a nearby stable; or you can rent pack llama’s (from a neighbor). Visit the "Oldest Standing Schoolhouse In Arizona", scenic Tonto Natural Bridge, antique shops, or the Pioneer’s museum. Take a drive to Clarkdale and ride on the scenic Verde Canyon Rail Road.
